ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will play a critical role in our SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementation and ongoing enterprise application initiatives. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing business processes and determine how technology solutions can enhance and streamline operations. This role requires someone who enjoys working with major enterprise applications and can translate complex business requirements into functional technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and collaborate closely to see a project to completion.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into system specifications and functional designs
- Develop comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configurations, process flows, user guides, and training materials
- Maintain data integrity and security by implementing appropriate controls and ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Design and maintain integrations between HCM systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure successful system implementations
- Provide ongoing system support and optimization by analyzing system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing enhancements
- Execute testing protocols aligned with SAP release cycles, including regression testing and impact assessments to ensure system stability for each release
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications and other Business Analysts on the team to align HCM and ERP strategies with broader IT and enterprise goals
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst position
- Experience with a major HCM or ERP - SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S/4HANA a plus
- Experience supporting system integrations across platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise application system implementation(s)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar industry environment
- Experience acting as a systems administrator for HCM/ERP
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user support and issue resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in system configurations and data management
- A team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to contribute to the success of the team and the organization
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk and occasionally kneel or squat
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to navigate manufacturing environment, comfortable around heavy machinery, tools, etc.
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, (i.e. safety glasses, bump caps, hearing protection, etc.)
- 25% travel required
- Standard start time: 6:00 am (negotiable)
EXPECTED COMPENSATION
$75,000 - $124,740/annual salary + premium benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job classification, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
