An overview of this role
Join us at a pivotal moment as we scale our revenue operations globally. As Chief of Staff to the CRO, you'll serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to our revenue leadership team, driving operational excellence and orchestrating high-impact initiatives. As part of the Office of the CRO, you'll also manage our Communications lead and CRO Initiatives Program Manager, giving you direct ownership over how the CRO's key initiatives get built and run. This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy at the executive level while developing your path to senior leadership.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution translating vision into action while maintaining the organizational agility needed in a high-growth environment.
What you'll do
The responsibilities encompass direct assignments driven by the CRO as well as autonomous leadership efforts informed by the feedback and key priorities of the CRO leadership team. This role will help enable communication, collaboration, strategy execution, and special projects across the CRO organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO and revenue leadership on strategy, initiatives, and organizational priorities
- Drive leadership operations , including weekly executive staff meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles with insights that inform decision-making
- Lead the CRO team's goal-setting and tracking across the global revenue organization
- Effectively triage escalations and drive cross-functional resolution of complex business blockers and time-sensitive customer issues
- Serve as CRO proxy in reviewing account plans, preparing briefing materials, and managing key customer and partner meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
- Ensure timely follow-up on critical customer and partner interactions to drive business outcomes
- Serve as CRO Board Liaison, prepare board materials, investor updates, and collaborate on executive presentations and organizational announcements
- Maintain strategic partnerships with CEO's Chief of Staff, Sales Strategy & Analytics, Field Operations, Finance, and People teams to drive cross-functional alignment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and senior leaders to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Identify delegation opportunities and optimize the CRO's time allocation to ensure focus on the highest-value strategic activities
What you'll bring
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in strategic roles such as chief of staff, top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or revenue operations leadership at high-growth technology companies. You combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering results in matrixed organizations
- Executive presence and confidence in managing conversations with Board members, C-Suite, and senior leaders across the organization
- Strong analytics and reporting capabilities with experience translating data into actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), business intelligence tools, and presentation software
- Demonstrated success in building scalable processes and operating systems that improve organizational efficiency
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining control across multiple projects
- Collaborative mindset with strong emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and functions
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with strong initiative, self-motivation, and a bias toward action
- Exceptional written communication, comfort documenting in public, and experience operating in an async environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to travel as needed to support the CRO
