業務内容 

• コンテンツモデレーション 
  すべてのコンテンツがGlanceのブランド基準を満たし、日本の法規に準拠し、文化的ニュアンスを尊重していることを確認する。 

• コンテンツキュレーション 
  トレンドや季節性、ユーザーの興味など日本マーケットにてより高いエンゲージメントを獲得できるコンテンツ選定を行う。 

• クリエイティブ作業 
  魅力的でクオリティの高いクリエイティブをユーザーに提供する。 

• コンテンツ公開の管理 
  準備から配信まで、公開作業のサイクル全体を管理し、正確性・スピード・品質を確保する。 

• チーム間の連携 
  クリエイティブ業務はデザインチームと連携し、クオリティと効率の両方を担保する。 

求める要件 

• コンテンツモデレーション、キュレーション、またはコンテンツ公開作業において少なくとも1〜2年の経験、もしくは未経験でもその分野の仕事に興味がある 

• 日本におけるデジタルコンテンツのトレンド及び規制基準への理解 

• 日本語に堪能であること、英語力があれば尚可 

• テキスト・クリエイティブ作業で発揮できる細かな注意力と判断力 

• デジタル、データファーストかつスピード感ある環境での業務経験または興味

What We’re Looking For: 

A proactive and detail-oriented editor with a strong grasp of Japanese content trends and sensitivities. You should have hands-on experience in content moderation, creative enhancement, and digital publishing, ideally in a fast-paced digital media or streaming environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Content Moderation

Ensure all content meets Glance’s brand standards, aligns with Japanese regulations, and respects cultural nuances. 

• Content Curation

Select and organize content tailored to Japanese audiences, reflecting local trends, seasons, and user interests. 

• Creative Enhancement

Add emotional and creative depth to content for a richer, more engaging TV experience. 

• Publishing Ownership

Manage the full publishing cycle—from prep to live—ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality. 

• Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with design teams to ensure smooth delivery. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 0–2 years’ experience in content moderation, curation, or digital publishing
• Familiarity with Japanese content preferences and regulatory standards
• Fluency in Japanese; Knowledge of English would be a bonus
• Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, digital-first environments
