  Analyst / Sr Analyst – Ad Monetization

We are looking for someone to join our efforts in programmatic monetization of Glance consumer properties. You would drive revenue reporting and tracking, data analytics and develop insights into supply needs, pricing optimization and undertake product/ tech liaising exercises. You are expected to work closely with internal stake holders to support and own up delivery efforts to maximize revenue.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the cross-functional support required to manage programmatic revenue delivery for Glance consumer properties
  • Collaborate with Product and other key stakeholders on Ad strategy to maximize monetization on different real estates
  • Own supply and pricing optimizations to drive higher monetization for O&O inventory
  • Analyse Revenue data to find actionable insights that could lead to productive business decisions and new opportunities
  • Provide feedback to the product team in designing better products/features by communicating market requirements
  • End to End Funnel analysis, optimize unit metrics to maximize revenue

 Ideal candidates must possess

  • Must Have :
    • An attitude to figure things out for oneself, pick up every task that contributes to his/her role and a problem-solving attitude. 
    • Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving.
    • Proficiency in extracting relative, meaningful data sets with the ability to distil key business insights from it.
    • Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning.
    • Good understanding on key ads metrics, performance indicators.
    • Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.
  • Good to have :
    • knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystem: Open Auction, header bidding (Prebid.js or Prebid Mobile), mediation platforms, Ad Exchanges.
    • Basic understanding of Google Ad Manager Ad server or any other ad server.
    • In-App advertising stack.
