Overview of the Role:

At Glance, we're not just changing how people shop — we're redefining what shopping even means. We're building agentic commerce from the ground up, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial, high-energy Senior Manager of Channel Sales & Partnerships to lead our growth across the U.S. retail landscape.

This role is about more than business development. It's about championing a genuinely new category, AI Commerce, and bringing the most exciting brands in fashion, beauty, and accessories along for the ride. You'll be on the front lines of introducing predictive intelligence, neural visualization, and real-time orchestration to premium and mid-market U.S. retailers, helping them create seamless, shoppable experiences their customers haven't seen before.

As a key member of our U.S. leadership team, you'll operate with real ownership, real speed, and real impact. If you've built deep retail relationships, know how to open doors and close deals, and want to do it at a company that reaches 200M+ people daily, this is the role for you.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Drive AI Commerce Adoption: Build strategic 1:1 partnerships with premium and mid-market U.S. retail brands across fashion, beauty, and accessories. Expand our network of 400+ global partners by integrating AI Commerce into their ecosystems, positioning Glance AI as the definitive platform for next-generation retail.
  • Lead Strategic Outreach & Merchant Onboarding: Identify, target, and onboard high-value retailers and brands with precision. You'll own the full lifecycle, from first conversation to seamless integration, nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships that maximize partner success on the platform.
  • Advocate for Retailer Needs: Serve as the voice of the merchant internally, representing partner priorities to product and partner marketing teams. Your insights will directly shape how Glance AI evolves to meet the realities of the U.S. retail market.
  • Accelerate Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a partnership strategy that secures exclusive collaborations, drives transaction volume, and demonstrates the unique value of AI Commerce to retailers who are ready to lead, not follow.
  • Shape U.S. Market Strategy: Lead Glance's U.S. expansion by tailoring AI Commerce solutions to the needs of American retailers and consumers. You'll be competing against the biggest names in social commerce — Meta, Snapchat, and others — and winning.
  • Innovate Alongside Our AI Teams: Partner directly with our product and AI teams to continuously enhance our commerce intelligence and experience models. Real-time feedback from your partners will fuel innovations that keep Glance AI at the forefront of AI-driven retail globally.
  • Scale Glance AI Across Categories: Lead the expansion of our partnerships into beauty, accessories, and travel, establishing Glance AI's leadership across the full U.S. retail market as this once-in-a-generation shift to AI Commerce accelerates.

The Experience We Need:

  • Experience: 10+ years in merchandising, marketplace development, or retail business development, with a proven track record in merchant acquisition or vendor onboarding at premium or mid-market retail organizations. Think Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Saks, Farfetch, Revolve, or marketplace teams at Amazon Fashion, TikTok Shop, or equivalent platforms.
  • Network: A robust, trusted network of brand contacts across fashion, beauty, and accessories. You know the right people, and more importantly, they know and respect you.
  • Education: a Master's degree in Business Administration preferred; Marketing or a related field accepted.

 Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional communicator and negotiator: you build real relationships, not just contact lists
  • Deep fluency in e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices across premium and mid-market retail
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Analytically sharp: you know how to read data, extract the signal, and translate it into action
  • Natural bridge-builder who can convert retailer feedback into clear, actionable product and marketing insights
  • Strong cross-functional leader who can motivate and align global teams around high-impact initiatives
  • Genuinely entrepreneurial: you're energized by building something new, not maintaining something old

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
