- 7+ years of experience in brand, consumer, or integrated marketing
- Proven experience building brands, products, or consumer businesses in Japan
- Deep understanding of Japanese consumer culture, social platforms, media landscape, and creator ecosystem
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and community building
- Working knowledge of performance marketing, including paid social, search, creator amplification, app growth, and attribution frameworks
- Ability to balance long-term brand building with measurable business objectives
- Strong analytical skills and experience using insights to inform marketing strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to be hands-on
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English required
- Help build one of the world's leading agentic commerce platforms in one of its most important growth markets
