
Product Management Analyst

About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Product Management Analyst to join our New York-based product team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to gain exposure to product management, software releases, and platform operations in a high-impact FinTech environment.
As a Product Management Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating release activities and supporting the product lifecycle. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments, reliable platform performance, and clear communication of changes to stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to build strong foundations in product management while learning about global financing markets and trading workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for platform releases, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with regression testing coordination and monitoring to ensure product stability.
- Maintain the internal knowledge base, ensuring it reflects new features, changes, and platform behavior.
- Draft and publish clear release notes for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with support and operations to gather feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Assist in translating high level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the engineering team
- Track and monitor release readiness across multiple teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Support product managers with roadmap documentation, alignment, and reporting.
- Contribute to training sessions and demo walkthroughs for new features.
- Help build dashboards and reports to track feature usage and adoption trends.
About You

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in software, technology, or operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and concise communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business language.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
- Collaborative approach, able to work across product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Interest in financial markets, trading platforms, or SaaS products, with a desire to learn about securities lending and trading workflows.
Bonus Experience
- Exposure to product management or quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Productboard, Power BI, Redmine, or TestRail.
- Basic understanding of securities finance instruments (e.g., repo, securities lending, TRS, T-bills, money market products).
