Client Integration Manager - NY

We are seeking an individual to join our dynamic and growing team in the New York office to support the GLMX Client Integration efforts in the Americas region. You will be primarily responsible for integrating clients with the GLMX trading platform and preparing them for live trading. As part of a growing company, you will be key in helping GLMX to further scale by constantly improving upon existing client processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and guide clients through the entirety of the Integration process – This includes onboarding and account setup, and file/API integration, implementation and testing, while covering both pre- and post-trade workflows 
  • Work closely with Sales in a pre-sales capacity to identify client integration paths and speak to the GLMX offering at a technical level
  • Provide updates to Business and Product support teams as clients progress during testing and ultimately onboarding to production
  • Act as a key contributor to the overall design of the GLMX product offering, and more generally, acting as a client voice to internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated by Client Support teams 
  • Co-ordinate the release of new APIs and enhancements with external clients
  • Test enhancements & new releases and coordinate its rollout with Sales, clients and support teams
  • Work with external software vendors that have integrated with our systems
  • Serve as escalation point to junior colleagues for complex integration and production issues
  • Identify recurring integration friction points and propose systemic improvements. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting or integrating electronic trading platforms in a production environment
  • Strong understanding of electronic trading workflows, including order routing, execution, and post-trade processing
  • Ideally 5+ years of FIX based messaging experience. Ideally other messaging (XML, JSON)
  • At least 3, ideally 5+ years of experience in a Repo/SBL / Fixed Income/Money Markets/Swaps trading environment or related financial technology firm
  • Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP
  • Exposure to third-party trading software and connectivity vendors, specifically front and middle office trading systems, ideally up to and including relationship management
  • Proven experience leading client integrations, remediation efforts, or cross-functional delivery initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, including delivery of structured status updates and executive-level summaries
  • Ability to translate technical issues into clear business impact and delivery risk
  • Experience with conformance testing and certification
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, MQ 

Nice to Have

  • Some knowledge of post trade lifecycle management and associated integration patterns
  • Exposure to third-party trading software and connectivity vendors, specifically front and middle office trading systems, ideally up to and including relationship management
  • Experience in a growing FinTech company is a plus
  • Experience with Project Management/ticketing software such as Zendesk, Jira, Asana, Active Collab or Monday.com
