Mid-Level All-Source Analyst (Production)

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst (Production) to support mission-critical intelligence and cyber operations at Fort Meade, Maryland.

The Mid-Level All-Source Analyst will conduct comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis to assess, forecast, and explain national security and cyber threats. The successful candidate will integrate intelligence from multiple sources, characterize cyber threats and adversary activities, support cyber operations and mission planning, and develop timely intelligence products and briefings for senior decision-makers.

Essential Job Functions:

Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to assess, forecast, and explain national security and cyber threats.

Provide analytic support to intelligence collection, operations, investigations, and mission planning.

Research, evaluate, integrate, and deconflict classified intelligence, technical intrusion data, open-source information, and partner reporting.

Analyze and characterize cyber threats, malware, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Identify emerging threat trends and develop cyber indicators in support of the Defense Warning Program.

Support Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), including Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), intelligence estimates, and operational planning.

Monitor cyber threats affecting the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) and U.S. critical infrastructure and key resources.

Maintain awareness of domestic and international cyber events to identify emerging risks, threats, trends, and intelligence gaps.

Identify and develop cyber entities for targeting and maintain intelligence records in the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or successor systems.

Produce, edit, and disseminate timely intelligence products, including reports, bulletins, indicators, assessments, and trend analyses.

Develop and deliver intelligence briefings and presentations to senior leadership, including General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) audiences.

Support cyber exercises through scenario development, white-cell activities, role-playing, and related analytic support.

Respond to staff requests for information (RFIs) and provide analytical support for meetings and mission requirements.

Utilize intelligence tools and databases such as Palantir, Intellipedia, MIDB, CyberCOP, Tripwire, and related platforms.

Collaborate with the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other mission partners at the direction of leadership and government sponsors.

Participate in mission-related meetings and engagements; limited travel may be required, with virtual participation preferred when appropriate.

Apply Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) all-source analytic tradecraft standards throughout intelligence production.

Required Skills:

U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance is required.

Possess a certificate of completion or verified work experience/coursework demonstrating skills equivalent to those identified for IAT Level I or IAM Level I under applicable DoD cybersecurity workforce requirements.

Three (3) years of experience relevant to the specific labor category, with a portion of that experience obtained within the last two (2) years.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. An additional four (4) years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement, for a total of seven (7) years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and technical proficiency reflecting completion of applicable developmental training and relevant professional experience.

Ability to analyze and communicate insights derived from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, technically advanced, or seemingly unrelated.

Ability to structure analysis based on reporting trends and incorporate diverse analytic perspectives across analysts, organizations, intelligence disciplines, and data sources.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with minimal oversight or direction.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the Intelligence Community, including information sharing, supporting and driving collection efforts, and addressing differing analytic judgments.

Proven ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive intelligence products supporting Defense Intelligence requirements.

Ability to lead or coordinate analytic teams researching multifaceted, complex, or mission-critical intelligence problems.

Experience providing guidance in the selection, design, and application of analytic methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate arguments and apply validated analytic methodologies to challenge assumptions and assess competing perspectives.

Desired Skills:

Eight (8) or more years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with a portion of that experience obtained within the last two (2) years.

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
