Senior ERP Systems Analyst

The Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst assumes a pivotal role in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) processes to proficiently support customers operating within the Medical Management Information System (MMIS) and ERP domains. This position necessitates expertise in the Workday cloud-based ERP within a healthcare context. The individual occupying this role will collaborate closely with diverse GHX departments to ascertain their needs, translate these requirements into functional documentation, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of how the ERP must be configured and optimized to align with GHX business objectives. This role demands an extensive comprehension of ERP modules, specifically Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory, from a user perspective, alongside robust technical and analytical skills, and the capability to troubleshoot integration challenges between GHX solutions and the customers’ Workday ERP.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Integration Scope. Develop and implement integration strategies for SaaS software into existing ERP frameworks. Participates in the analysis/enhancement of Solution Delivery system configuration practices, consult on ERP specific integration points, and establish best practices for the customer ERP that ensures a robust and accurate flow of data between Workday and GHX products.
  • Solution Design.Assist with the design, implementation, and management of Workday Cloud applications specific to the healthcare sector and GHX products as a functional expert.  Acts as a bridge between product and development representing implementation and voice of customer.
  • Project Management. Prioritize and participate in multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project plan target dates and strategic goals.
  • Guide GHX configuration. Serve as a technical lead, providing expertise across various products and projects, and act as a mentor to junior team members. Collaborate cross-functionally to support all product lines and contribute to the development of new product lines.
  • Participate in testing and propose effective, resourceful solutions which can be leveraged by the GHX delivery team to achieve the client’s and GHX goals. Works with other GHX integration resources to assist in defining the data requirements to and from the provider’s ERP system.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to understand the impact of data inputs/ERP application updates on GHX product operations and provide clear explanations to stakeholders.  Is the resident GHX expert on how GHX solution functionality materializes and is managed within the customer ERP.
  • Documentation.  Provides documentation deliverables as required including requirements documents, workflow diagram, step by step training guides and internal FAQ guides.
  • Support Escalation. Acts as an advanced escalation point for ERP issues related to implementations blockers or ongoing complex support issues.
  • Provides training for all internal stakeholders and delivery team members on MMIS/ERP area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of related ERP Healthcare experience, with at least 6+ years working with Workday ERP.
  • Deep Understanding of Workday ERP system modules including Supply Chain Management, Accounting/Finance, Item Master Data Management, Procurement and others.
  • Proven experience completing more than 20+ complex projects that shows proficiency configuring and customizing Workday ERP system.
  • Work effectively with minimal direction, learn quickly, and function effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective listening, verbal, written communication skills with a proven track record of face-to-face client support.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to report weekly updates and proposals to management.
  • Demonstrated ability to be analytical, solve problems, and create great documentation.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, integration or configuration of SAAS applications like GHX into the Workday ERP.
  • Workday ERP certification(s).
  • Expertise in technology transfers such as FTP, API, JSON, and HTTPS.
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects with internal and external participants.

The compensation for this role is:$ 109,700- $146,200

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
