The Go To Market Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating and guiding a cross-functional team through the GHX Product Development Lifecycle and Go-To-Market, as product and service offerings are launched or enhanced. They will serve as a cross-functional liaison between Product Management and all other functions involved, such as Marketing, Revenue Ops, Legal, Sales, FP&A and Leadership to orchestrate, operate and scale activities in two primary areas: commercial and organizational readiness. They will also act as a project manager for Go-To-Market initiatives, facilitate collaboration and ensure timely completion of projects.  

The successful candidate will be a personable, determined individual who enjoys guiding and facilitating cross-functional collaborations. One who is enthusiastic about managing projects, but also willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work. This role also requires a quick learner, organized and detail-oriented individual, who has technical writing skills and can translate both technical and business requirements into, contract terms, tools, and efficient practices. 

This role will provide the chosen individual with exceptional exposure to various aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and experience working with numerous roles and ranks. The breadth of the role can serve as a unique springboard into a variety of positions in Product Management, Sales Operations, Dev Ops, Project Management and Product Operations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide project management support to facilitate and orchestrate new product launches, changes in Statements of Work and price tools. 
  • Coordinate between Product Management, Sales Support, Accounting, Finance, and Solutions Delivery to ensure offering structure supports business requirements. 
  • Analyze and prioritize project requests to align with GHX strategy; optimize intake, prioritization, execution, and communication of these requests.  
  • Act as a liaison between Product Management and other functions in the organization to support the launch of new products or updates to existing ones.  
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Product Management on the PDLC and GTM to support commercial effort and organization goals; simplify, standardize, train and enforce best practices for quality and speed to market. 
  • Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers and managers within the GHX ecosystem (Commercial, Legal, Corporate Systems, Solution Delivery, Marketing, Revenue Ops, etc.) to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and drive continuous improvements. 
  • Develop training programs, job aids and documentation to educate and empower the cross functional team   
  • Produce reports and presentations for leadership to inform strategic decisions and measure performance. 
  • Design, build and maintain Product and information sharing tools, such as Aha!, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint    
  • Support emerging / ad-hoc project of Product Management Operations as needed

  • Passionate about tools, processes, and automation to drive continuous improvement in quality, speed, and cost  
  • Motivated problem-solver with the ability to sort through issues to create and recommend improvements 
  • Ability to establish and communicate priorities of projects and tasks, and promote discipline, proactiveness and adherence to timelines     
  • Solid understanding of product information tools and data structures with curiosity and appreciation for integrations and customization 
  • Skilled in distilling complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations, with an aptitude to work at all levels of the organization 
  • Curios and willing to learn and use approved AI tools for creating visualization, data maps, documents and communications 

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience 

  • 4-8 years of experience in Product Management or Go-To-Market 
  • Advance degree in Business, Engineering, Organization Behavior or related field 
  • Experience in managing projects in an Agile environment, such as SAFe 
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with Aha!, Jira and Confluence 
  • PMP certification 
  • Agile training or certifications 
  • Experience with SaaS delivered applications and business models 
  • Understanding of B2B contracting, marketing or financial practices 

 

Estimated Salary Range: $91,000 - $121,000 plus bonus

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
