Director, Product Management - Data Integration Platform

The Director of Product Management – Data Integrations Platform reports to the VP, Product Management and is responsible for defining and driving GHX’s enterprise ERP integration strategy.  This role is a key leader in defining how GHX solutions integrate with and operate alongside customer ERP systems, whether through embedded experiences, APIs, AI-driven capabilities, or adjacent workflows—delivering a seamless, connected experience for users. 

This leader will partner closely with Technology to define and scale our unified ERP integration platform that supports GHX’s full portfolio, balancing near-term delivery needs with long-term strategic differentiation. The role requires deep ERP domain expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level. 

In addition to driving platform strategy, this role will work closely with GHX’s ERP partnership and alliances function to establish and execute a coordinated ERP strategy. The Director will engage with both business and technical leadership at ERP providers (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Infor, SAP) to expand GHX’s presence within ERP ecosystems, align on joint priorities, and support integration approaches—including emerging capabilities such as AI-driven workflows and agents. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Working with a broad group of stakeholders (across GHX teams, ERP partners, customers, and executive leadership), the Director of Product Management leads the ERP integration platform strategy and execution. 

Strategic Platform Ownership 

  • Define and own the ERP integration platform strategy across all GHX products, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and future-ready platform  
  • Co leader for defining and aligning the broader ERP integration strategy in partnership with Technology, Product, Operations, and Alliances  
  • Establish a long-term roadmap for ERP integrations, ensuring GHX capabilities are delivered in the most effective way within customer ERP workflows  
  • Drive consistent, high-quality customer experiences across ERP integration models, ensuring GHX solutions feel seamless and intuitive whether embedded, API-driven, or accessed alongside the ERP  
  • Identify and advance opportunities to make GHX solutions more seamlessly integrated and easier to adopt within ERP environments, increasing adoption, retention, and competitive differentiation  
  • Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities through deeper ERP integration, including data, workflows, and monetization models  
  • Incorporate emerging trends such as AI agents and intelligent automation within ERP ecosystems into the platform roadmap 

ERP Domain Leadership  

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ERP systems and integration patterns, guiding strategy and execution across cloud and on-prem ERP environments  
  • Partner with GHX’s ERP Alliances functions to shape and advance strategic relationships with ERP providers, engaging both business and technical stakeholders and representing Product in external-facing engagements  
  • Influence ERP partner ecosystems to expand GHX’s footprint and enable deeper, more connected integrations, aligning roadmaps, integration models, and joint go-to-market opportunities with Alliances and Technology 

Product & Technical Leadership 

  • Define and prioritize the integration platform roadmap, including APIs, data access, workflow orchestration, and interoperability standards  
  • Provide strategic guidance to Product team, ensuring strong alignment between product intent and technical execution  
  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architecture  
  • Establish integration patterns, standards, and reusable capabilities, enabling the team to build, own, and scale them across all GHX products 

Execution, Adoption & Growth 

  • Balance strategic platform development with ongoing delivery of ERP integration capabilities, ensuring efficient execution of BAU requests while maintaining platform consistency  
  • Drive improvements in implementation speed, scalability, and supportability, aligning cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial to deliver high-quality outcomes  
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale ERP integration adoption, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive clear value, enablement, and measurable impact on customer retention and revenue growth  
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking, ensuring the team acts as strong customer advocates and consistently delivers high-quality customer experiences 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience including 3 plus years of people management experience.  Global people management preferred.
  • Deep Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems and integrating partner workflows (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, PeopleSoft, Lawson)  
  • Strong technical acumen, including APIs, data integration and enterprise integration patterns  
  • Experience defining and executing platform strategy that spans multiple products or business lines  
  • Experience working with and influencing external partners and technology ecosystems  
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and aligning Product, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders  
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences  

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience building or scaling ERP integration platforms or API ecosystems  
  • Familiarity with EDI, Supply Chain and Healthcare technologies 
  • Experience working with or integrating into cloud ERP platforms and their extensibility frameworks  
  • Exposure to AI/automation within enterprise systems, including workflow automation or agent-based models  

 

The expected compensation for this role is: $143,000- $190,000 base and is eligible for bonus

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
