Role Summary:
Globality is looking for an experienced sales enablement specialist to support and deliver significant value to front-line teams and customers. You will have an opportunity to directly impact the company’s success by enabling the sales and customer success teams to maximize customer acquisition, conversion, and adoption. You will closely collaborate with leaders and stakeholders from sales, customer success, creative, corporate communications, and other teams to understand customer needs, ideate and create innovative solutions, generate high-quality and meaningful marketing content, and continuously measure and improve the impact of your work.
What you will be doing:
- Drive sales and customer success excellence by enabling teams to attract new prospects, seamlessly guide them through the sales funnel, and accelerate adoption of our platform for maximum impact
- Drive multiple sales initiatives end-to-end, proactively managing projects from concept and research through execution with creative teams, collaborating with stakeholders and customers, and delivering results with training and support
- Create standout marketing assets such as pitch decks, 1‑pagers, case studies, webinars, videos, and more, that delight customers and partners
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging feedback from front-line teams and partners to maximize impact
- Partner with sales leadership to design and execute enablement strategies that boost performance, efficiency, and results
- Collaborate with Marketing to craft persuasive product messaging and clear value propositions that resonate with audiences
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement within the SaaS industry or a comparable field
- Knowledge of the procurement industry, including key trends, challenges, and stakeholder needs; brings subject matter knowledge to inform strategy and content development
- Customer-centric approach, consistently driving innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives from concept to completion
- Proactive and resourceful self-starter, skilled in conducting research and aligning with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, embracing ambiguity and adapting quickly to change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to present ideas and gain alignment across diverse audiences including leadership, cross-functional teams, and customers
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $220,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
