AI Product Manager

Palo Alto, CA

Globality is the autonomous sourcing platform to manage the entire intake to award process.

At Globality, we build agentic technology that transforms how global enterprises source goods and services — autonomously, at scale, and without the inefficiencies that have defined procurement for decades. Our platform interprets purchase intent, generates sourcing materials, evaluates suppliers, and executes negotiation strategies without manual intervention.

The Role

As an AI Product Manager, you will own the  agent and AI layer of Glo, including the product decisions behind how it is designed and implemented, from agent architecture and orchestration to the interfaces that let customers, and their own agents, work with Glo. Your primary outcome is Glo's evolution to headless operation, where customers run sourcing entirely through the assistants and tools they already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Slack, connected through agent interfaces like MCP. You will define how Glo's agents reason, use tools, coordinate with each other, and earn customer trust, and you will measure success by the outcomes customers achieve.

Every PM at Globality is a builder. You prototype ideas yourself using AI coding and design tools such as Claude Code, put working versions in front of customers, and partner directly with engineers to ship them. You work daily with Engineering, Design, and Customer teams, and you report into the Product organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own the roadmap for Glo's agent capabilities, setting priorities with company leadership and deciding what we build, what we stop, and what comes next.
  • Lead Glo's evolution to headless operation by defining and shipping the MCP servers, APIs, and agent interfaces that let customers request, run, and approve sourcing events from Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, and the other tools they work in every day.
  • Build working prototypes of new agent capabilities and workflows with tools such as Claude Code, and use them to test ideas with customers and engineers before committing to a full build.
  • Write clear requirements and user stories for agent capabilities, orchestration, tool integrations, and interfaces, and work directly with engineers through delivery, testing builds, tuning prompts and evals, and contributing changes to the codebase where it speeds things up.
  • Own the success metrics for Glo's agent capabilities, including task success, reliability, latency, cost per task, adoption, and the share of sourcing activity that runs through agent channels, and work with the product team to tie them to customer outcomes such as cycle time and savings.
  • Set the bar for AI quality by defining evaluation criteria and release thresholds, building test sets with the Data Product Manager, reviewing agent outputs with sourcing domain experts, and monitoring performance in production.
  • Gather insights from customer conversations, Customer Success, and usage data, and use them to decide where the product goes next.
  • Work with Design to make agent decisions transparent and auditable to customers on every surface, from the Glo interface to conversations in Claude, ChatGPT, and Slack.
  • Track the fast-moving agent ecosystem, including models, protocols, frameworks, and assistant platforms, and decide what Glo adopts, builds on, or builds itself.
  • Lead launches end to end, including positioning, enablement, and customer communications.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a record of shipping and scaling B2B or enterprise software products
  • 1+ years of experience building an AI enterprise product or an agentic platform, including taking AI features or agents from concept to production
  • Working knowledge of how LLM-based systems behave, including prompting, tool use, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and failure modes, along with agent interfaces and protocols such as MCP and how products are used through assistants like Claude and ChatGPT
  • Hands-on building experience. You regularly use AI coding and design tools such as Claude Code to build prototypes, internal tools, or product features, and you are comfortable working in a codebase alongside engineers. Links to things you've built are a strong plus
  • Experience defining quality metrics and acceptance criteria for probabilistic systems, and using them to make release decisions
  • Experience working with enterprise customers on requirements, security reviews, integrations, and adoption
  • A track record of owning product outcomes end to end, making high-stakes calls amid ambiguity, and writing precise requirements that engineers can build from
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to align technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
  • Sourcing or procurement experience is welcome but not required, and you will work with domain experts to judge whether agent behavior is correct in real sourcing scenarios. We care most about depth in agentic AI and a track record of building.

Why Globality

The opportunity is enormous. Enterprise procurement is one of the last major business functions to be transformed by AI. We're not optimizing at the margins — we're fundamentally rethinking how trillions of dollars get spent.

The team is world-class. Our leadership team brings decades of experience from leading global enterprises, and our culture is built for people who want real ownership, not titles.

You'll have real impact. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's playbook. You'll shape the strategy, build the programs, and see the direct business impact of your work.

We work together — literally. We're in-office 4 days a week in Palo Alto because the best ideas – and the fastest decisions – happen face to face. One day is yours to work wherever you’re most effective.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
