About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept in advanced AI technologies, particularly in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs). You will be involved in developing sophisticated AI-driven solutions, focusing on leveraging CNNs and LLMs for various practical applications including chatbots and semantic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI models, with a focus on deep learning, CNNs, and LLMs.
- Fine tune LLMs for domain specific use cases.
- Develop and optimize chatbot solutions using NLP and LLMs for enhanced user interaction and engagement.
- Develop traditional ML models for Classification and Regression
- Utilize CNNs for image segmentation and OCR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and translate these into impactful products.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, continually integrating them into our projects.
- Conduct applied research, transforming complex AI concepts into accessible, product-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Extensive knowledge in machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Proven experience with frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with semantic similarity, vector databases, and encoder-decoder models.
- A track record of applying research in a product context.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Publications or contributions to the field of AI and machine learning.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $133,600 - $167,000 plus variable compensation.
