About this Position:
G-P is hiring for a Principal Demand Generation Manager to join our growing organization.
What You'll Do:
Regional Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives and Americas sales priorities.
- Identify regional programs to complement global demand programs.
- Provide local requirements to Demand Generation team for global acquisition.
Demand Generation
- Plan and manage regional demand generation activities, including 1:few account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and targeted programs.
- Collaborate with sales to define and execute in-quarter pipeline initiatives.
Event Management
- Execute regional events using event-in-a-box requirements.
- Provide local assistance to global event needs.
- Ensure seamless event logistics, engaging content, and measurable outcomes.
Collaboration with Sales
- Act as a trusted partner to the Americas Sales team, partnering closely with them on territory planning and account strategy initiatives.
- Work with Sales to identify high-priority accounts and develop custom programs to engage them.
Content and Campaign Development
- If needed, create and adapt marketing collateral, presentations, and resources to meet regional requirements.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, including ROI and impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve program performance over time.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with demand generation, customer success, partner marketing, and product marketing teams to align field marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in field marketing or demand generation, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Strong understanding of integrated strategies, ABM, sales alignment, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., gifting, events, email, content).
- Experience planning regional events.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting.
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to sales.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a focus on outcomes.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 plus variable compensation.
