About The Position:
In this role, you will play a key role in crafting compelling messaging and strategies to drive business impact for G-P’s global employment platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, our products, and the customer to create messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
You will also lead product launches and design marketing strategies that drive feature adoption and engagement. Partnering with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, you will ensure alignment and collaboration to achieve measurable success.
What You Will Do:
Customer Empathy and Value Creation Messaging
- Build a deep understanding of G-P’s customers, their pain points, and their goals.
- Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all marketing efforts are rooted in empathy and understanding.
Market and Competitive Landscape
- Leverage market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in global hiring and emerging technologies.
- Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create resources to empower sales teams and drive differentiation.
Effective Product Launches
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Design and lead launch product campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of new features.
- Monitor launch performance and gather feedback to refine future launch strategies.
Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives
- Design and refine marketing strategies to promote feature usage.
- Collaborate with brand, demand, and partner teams to support co-marketing efforts, brand campaigns, product campaigns, and partner promotions.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives to reinforce G-P’s leadership in the global employment category.
- Ensure campaign messaging aligns with personas, use cases, and business goals.
Content Creation and Enablement
- Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales guides, product blogs, videos, and white papers.
- Ensure content aligns with personas, value propositions, and strategic priorities to maximize relevance and impact.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing: Proven track record in product launches, messaging, and driving feature adoption.
- Strategic Insight: Ability to turn market, customer, and competitive data into actionable GTM strategies.
- Technical Translation: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex features into customer-centric value propositions.
- Product Launches: Experience planning product campaigns that drive both market excitement and measurable product usage.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Proficient in using analytics and benchmarking to measure campaign success and pivot strategies.
- Modern GTM Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tech and strategies for improving efficiency
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams toward a shared vision.
- High-Growth Agility: An entrepreneurial "owner" mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentation Abilities: Robust communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including comfort presenting virtually to large audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Klue, Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce is a plus
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $119,200 - $149,000 plus variable compensation.
