Escalate high-complexity compliance cases to In-Country Leads, Managers, or Regional Senior HR Managers.
- Project Support: Partner and collaborate closely with the project teams on system/automation enhancement initiatives for the timekeeping process. Support process mapping, UAT, and implementation of approved enhancements, as required.
- Additional duties: Perform other job-related duties, projects, and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management or designated supervisors.
