Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager - Platform you’ll shape the narrative and commercial success of GWI’s platform, including Spark, Canvas, and more. You’ll be the voice of our platform in the market, translating what we build into clear, compelling stories that help customers see the value and take action.
We’re at an exciting stage where our platform is evolving quickly, and this role is critical to how we position and monetize what we build. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll have a real commercial impact, and where your work will shape how customers experience our products, this could be a great fit.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

 

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for

👉 Extensive experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with experience in multi-feature platforms or data products.
👉 A strong track record of building messaging and positioning that cuts through complexity.
👉 Experience with pricing and packaging, and a good understanding of PLG and lifecycle conversion tactics.
👉 Confidence in running end-to-end GTM campaigns and working closely with cross-functional teams.
👉 Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

👉 Preliminary phone call with the Talent Team (no video required)
👉 First video interview with the hiring managers 
👉 Second (and final*) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with members of the wider GWI community.
