If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.
Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔
As our Solutions Architect you’ll drive adoption and integration of Spark API and MCP by working directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver scalable, performant, and secure integrations. Serve as the trusted technical advisor bridging product capabilities with client needs, accelerating time-to-value and increasing API consumption.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Technical Enablement
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with customer and partner engineering teams.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand integration requirements and map them to Spark API / MCP capabilities.
- Provide hands-on guidance for API authentication, endpoint usage, data structures, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Conduct onboarding workshops and build technical enablement materials (SDKs, quick-start guides, sample code).
Integration Solution Design
- Architect integration patterns that align with client workflows and product capabilities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to propose API enhancements and new endpoints based on integration needs.
- Ensure integrations meet scalability, security, and reliability standards.
- Design reusable modules and templates for common integration scenarios.
Adoption & Revenue Impact
- Track API usage growth within accounts and identify upsell opportunities (usage-based tiers, premium features).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration blockers to accelerate go-live timelines.
- Partner with customer success and account teams to ensure integrations deliver measurable business outcomes.
Internal Advocacy & Feedback Loop
- Represent the voice of the integrator in product roadmap discussions.
- Document and share integration best practices internally.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and technical showcases highlighting successful Spark API / MCP integrations.
It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.
What do I need to bring with me? 🧳
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:
Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, exemplified by our leadership team, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.
Interview steps 👟
Don’t be alarmed if there are other stages in the process, it’s all part of the plan for some of our roles.
