Right now, we're looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to play a key role in our Insight Services team in Athens, working closely with our other global teams in London and New York. Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Senior Insight Analyst, you'll be part of a team of analysts focused on uncovering data-driven narratives that shape how brands understand and engage their audiences. You'll contribute to large-scale reporting projects, transforming GWI's rich datasets into compelling insights, reports, and presentations that surface the unexpected and sharpen client strategy. Our teams work with clients of all shapes and sizes, so we're looking for someone with a broad range of knowledge — but more importantly, a desire to expand their expertise and uncover the "so-what" clients are always looking for.

This role also has a day-to-day focus on responding to data insight requests from clients, with shorter turnaround times — so quickly dissecting client briefs and working out how best to answer them is a key part of the job.

A few things you'll be responsible for:

👉 Collaborating with a team of analysts to create a range of deliverables — from slide decks and one-pagers to data pulls and video reports.

👉 Managing workflows for data insight requests, ensuring all are responded to and actioned within agreed timelines.

👉 Contributing to large-scale reporting projects in partnership with our biggest clients, surfacing trends and stories that align with client objectives.

👉 Confidently participating in presentations, meetings, and workshops.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for in you:

👉 Proven experience working with clients and delivering on projects (2+ years).

👉 A talent for data storytelling — translating numbers into narratives, and surfacing insights that challenge assumptions or reveal something new.

👉 Strong attention to detail and a flair for writing clear, engaging content.

👉 Strong skills in Microsoft Office; Google Slides experience is a plus.

👉 Comfortable contributing to meetings and presenting work.

👉 Excellent organization, time management, and collaboration skills.

👉 An ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements, requests, and commercial team needs.
