Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
***PLEASE NOTE: This is a HYBRID role. You are required to work in our Paris office once a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, document, and implement solutions for Glooko XT users.
- Maintain software quality and adopt the correct architectural principles
- Functional and design patterns with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
- Proven ability to be an independent thinker and dynamic problem solver
- Develop, test, or modify programs based on and related to user or system design specifications
- Write code that is scalable, modular, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested
- Optimize complex data models for understandability and performance
- Work in an agile development environment with an understanding of agile/lean delivery methods
- Design, develop, and oversee unit tests to ensure application logic is fully exercised for each application component
- Communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders on stages and project completion goals or dates
- Provide technical oversight to the development process, including code reviews and mentoring of the technical team
- Deliver end-to-end solutions with a focus on hitting delivery milestones

- Développer, tester ou modifier des fonctionnalités liés aux spécifications de conception utilisateur ou système
- Ecrire du code évolutif, modulaire, maintenable, réutilisable et bien testé
- Optimiser les modèles de données complexes pour plus de compréhensibilité et de performances
- Travailler dans un environnement de développement agile avec une compréhension des méthodes de livraison agiles/lean
- Concevoir, développer et superviser les tests unitaires pour garantir que la logique de l'application est pleinement appliquée pour chaque composant de l'application.
- Communiquer efficacement avec l'équipe et les autres parties prenantes sur les étapes et les objectifs ou dates d'achèvement du projet
- Assurer la supervision technique du processus de développement, y compris les révisions de code et le mentorat de l'équipe technique
- Fournir des solutions de bout en bout en mettant l’accent sur le respect des étapes de livraison
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or similar/relevant experience
- 5+ years of hands-on work experience with Node JS (preferred), Python with prevailing back-end frameworks building APIs and Microservices
- 5+ years of hands-on work experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and related technologies
- Understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Working experience and knowledge in TDD & BDD development practices
- Experience developing new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, preferably with ReactJS or a similar set of libraries or frameworks
- Passionate about developing modern web applications (designing modern REST-based APIs, 3rd party integration, Web UI interactions, etc.) using Node JS
- Write modularized and clean code and back them up with a good extent of unit tests
- Experience with containerization platforms (Docker) and container orchestration tools
- Experience with global infrastructure mechanisms and security
- Experience and knowledge of Scrum and Agile tools. JIRA and Atlassian tools experience is a plus

- Passionné par le développement d'applications Web modernes (conception d'API REST modernes, intégration tierce, interactions Web UI, etc.) à l'aide de Node JS
- Ecriture de code modularisé, propre et tracé avec un test coverage intelligent
- Expérience avec les plateformes de conteneurisation (Docker) et d’outils d'orchestration de conteneurs
- Connaissance sur le fonctionnement global d’une architecture SaaS avec un fort accent sur la sécurité des SI
- Expérience et connaissance des outils Scrum et Agile. Une expérience des outils JIRA et Atlassian est un plus
