You’ll spearhead 0-to-1 product innovation, paving the way for new growth initiatives that will shape the next chapter of our business.

In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering leadership teams to bring our product vision to life. You’ll mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence while delivering features that will have a transformative impact on our business.

You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for our Growth product, setting priorities for key features and initiatives
  • Lead growth initiatives that span the user journey—from acquisition and activation to retention and upselling—leveraging data to uncover high-impact opportunities
  • Develop and manage a team of Product Managers, providing coaching and strategic direction to foster professional development and achieve product goals
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution
  • Utilize data to inform decisions, championing both qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate quickly and deliver products that resonate with our users
  • Innovate and experiment by championing 0-to-1 initiatives that explore new business opportunities and challenge the status quo
  • Track and optimize performance, using KPIs to evaluate product success and make informed decisions that accelerate growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in product-related roles; at least 3 years of people management experience
  • Proven experience in a product centric growth environment driving adoption across large product initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and driving high-performance cultures
  • A data-driven approach to product management, comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and align teams around a shared vision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovative thinking is encouraged

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially covered by GG
  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody
  • Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy

  • Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits

  • Team Bonding: As a distributed team, being able to build meaningful bonds both virtually and in person is incredibly important to us! We are constantly evaluating how we accomplish this and currently, teams are given opportunities to gather in person throughout the year.
