About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter at GlossGenius, you will be responsible for owning the full-lifecycle recruitment process for roles across our engineering pillars, this can include both pipeline-based hiring and unique job requisitions. You will partner with our engineering leaders to develop, execute, and improve on our hiring strategies to attract and hire top talent across Colombia, Canada, and the United States. 

This is a contract position and you will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting. This role is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the continental United States or Canada.  For candidates based in the NYC area, we are operating in a hybrid environment (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office).

What You’ll Do

  • You will run an efficient, high-touch, full-lifecycle recruiting process for searches of varying levels of complexity across the United States, Canada, and Colombia
  • You will own sourcing for a variety of roles which will include talent mapping, market research, referral generation, and other creative strategies to find stellar technical talent
  • You will leverage tools like Greenhouse and Gem to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and ensure high-quality data integrity 
  • You are responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, creating alignment on priorities, and leveraging data to influence decision-making and strategy
  • You move with urgency and are comfortable operating in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • You have a clear track record of success with hiring senior/staff+ engineering talent
  • You have experience partnering directly with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and create a diverse team
  • You have experience innovating and executing creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent (experience doing this in multiple markets is a plus!) 
  • You’ve had experience with tough candidate closes and can talk about the levers you’ve used to help get candidates across the finish line
  • You are data-driven and understand how to utilize your pipeline metrics to inform your sourcing strategy independently
  • You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail and quality (past high-growth startup experience is a plus) 
  • A customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

The compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $75 per hour, depending on many factors, including skills, experience, location, and education.
