About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for critical elements of some of our largest marketing channels, including paid social, paid search and organic search. You will support the management of paid campaign launches and optimizations, help scale and optimize our content production engine, report on actionable learnings, and drive our growth marketing strategy forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience as a key member of a top-tier growth marketing team. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day management of paid search and social campaigns to reduce cost per activation and increase sign up rates and LTV over time
- Collaborate with our in-house teams to create ad copy, landing pages, and image assets across these channels to optimize performance
- Be a key part of our SEO content production process, including: researching new topic ideas to write about on our blog, collaborating with our writing team, and building new tools for beauty and wellness professionals that will live on our blog
- Support with main website SEO (optimizing content, writing metadata, implementation of technical optimizations) and build interactive elements (pop-ups, quizzes, etc.) for our main website pages and blog
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify growth opportunities within the performance marketing funnel and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally at a high growth company
- Hands-on experience working in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, with knowledge of bidding, targeting, and optimization levers in each
- Basic knowledge of a website CMS platform such as Webflow is a plus
- Excellent writing/editing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $110,000-$130,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
