About the Role

As a Staff Marketing Analyst, you will set the analytical vision and raise the ceiling on what's possible across our Go-to-Market team. You will partner closely with our VP of Growth Marketing to own and evolve our marketing measurement strategy, lead a team of marketing analysts, and drive the overall efficiency of our growth machine. Beyond executing high-quality analysis yourself, you will define frameworks, establish best practices, and multiply the impact of the analysts around you.

You'll report to the VP of Growth Marketing. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with various GTM teams (e.g. lifecycle, performance marketing, brand & product marketing) to execute high-impact campaigns, experiments and projects
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing analysts — setting standards for analytical rigor, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth through analysis of our funnel, customer performance data, and experiments
  • Own, iterate and improve upon our multi-touch attribution model and channel lift-testing
  • Define, govern, and socialize marketing metrics and KPIs (such as CAC, LTV and payback period) ensuring consistent interpretation across teams
  • Partner with Data Platform and peer Analytics teams to implement best-in-class analytical frameworks and testing structure across our data stack
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to scale your team's analysis, actively explore how AI can expand what's analytically possible and focus on the most high impact initiatives
  • Serve as a senior thought partner to go-to-market leadership in deciding how to strategically grow our customer base, and represent the Marketing Analytics function in company-wide data strategy discussions

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, 3+ years in a marketing analytics or science role, ideally at a SaaS company
  • 1+ years of experience directly managing or leading a team of analysts, including mentorship, project prioritization, and performance development
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate analysis, build automations, or improve workflow efficiency
  • Strong perspective on the marketing experimentation lifecycle (hypothesis generation, experimental design, implementation, statistical analysis, A/B testing best practices)
  • Strong working knowledge of stats (regression, conversation rate modeling, A/B testing, media mix modeling, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with Hex, Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and Martech tools like Iterable, Hubspot, Eppo and similar is a plus

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially or fully covered by GG
  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot
  • Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy
  • 401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment
  • Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Dependent Care FSA
  • Home office support
  • Team Bonding opportunities - as a distributed team, being able to build meaningful bonds both virtually and in person is incredibly important to us! We are constantly evaluating how we accomplish this and currently, teams are given opportunities to gather in person throughout the year

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $190,000-$220,000 + target equity + benefits.
