  • Embrace the Journey: Navigate the dynamic environment of an innovative company, bringing flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness to every project.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a creative thinker and strategic doer who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited to shape the future of our brand.

  • Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: You bring 5+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally with exposure to business operations, social media, consumer branding, and event management.
  • Brand Visionary: You understand today’s cultural trends and know how to position a brand to resonate with consumers in a meaningful way.
  • Marketing Expertise: You’re proficient with marketing tools and platforms like CRM systems and content management tools.
  • Organizational Excellence: You thrive in tools like Trello, Monday, or other project management tools to keep the ball rolling with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited to take the initiative to craft and execute marketing strategies in an evolving environment.
  • Creative Storyteller: You’re passionate about building compelling narratives that captivate audiences and build brand loyalty. You know how to be scrappy and creative on demand on all social platforms and have a working knowledge of Adobe CS, including video editing and basic graphic production.
  • Bonus: Prior experience working with innovative, future-focused brands is a major plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Impact: Be part of a team shaping the future of transit and making a real difference.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
