  • User Research & Insights: Conduct thorough user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends in transportation and autonomous vehicles.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with hardware engineering, software engineering (autonomous driving, controls, embedded systems), industrial design, UX design, operations, safety, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Technical Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of the Glydways vehicle's technical architecture, including its autonomous driving capabilities, motion actuation systems, safety features, sensor suite, closures and user interface systems.
  • Performance & Reliability: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the vehicle and work with engineering to ensure the product meets or exceeds targets for safety, reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle of the Glydways vehicle, from pre-production to production and launch, iteration, and end-of-life planning.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve complex product challenges, making data-driven decisions and adapting to evolving requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. An advanced engineering degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in product management or systems engineering in a relevant industry.
  • Direct experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, aerospace, transit  systems, or complex hardware/software integrated products is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze use cases and user stories for end user interaction with autonomous systems and deriving product requirements.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated understanding of vehicle and fleet lifecycle costs and how economics drive trades and constraints in vehicle design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
