About the team

Our Quality Engineering team is a group of passionate engineers and strategists who are shaping how we build and release software at scale. This is a highly collaborative, cross‑functional group working with platform teams, DevOps, and product leads to bring world‑class quality to every release. Our team members are distributed across several countries, and we’ve embraced asynchronous ways of working—your work‑life balance and focus time are important to us. Regular stand‑ups and technical discussions happen during overlapping hours, ensuring that time zones won’t hold you back from making an impact.

We believe quality is a shared responsibility, not a checkbox. In this role, you’ll be a strategic driver of change and a champion of resilience and reliability in every build we ship. You’ll help build systems that scale and enable teams to deliver with confidence—while learning and growing alongside talented people worldwide.
