As the Product Designer for Content Creation and Curation Experiences, you will design the tools and features that simplify content onboarding, creation, and management for admins and content partners alike. You’ll work closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to build efficient, user-friendly solutions that empower content partners and admins to easily publish, curate, and manage high-quality content. Your work will enable learners to achieve meaningful learning outcomes while supporting organisational development goals.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Design for impact: Own the end-to-end design for Content Curation, delivering user-friendly solutions for Managers and Creators. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, data and marketers to iterate concepts and deliver exceptional experiences that align with our business goals. 
  • Contribute to our design system: Design re-usable components to ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability. 
  • Advocate for users: Use research, testing, and data to inform your decisions and advocate for the needs of our diverse user base. 
  • Strategic planning: Participate in product strategy sessions, helping define product vision, and prioritising design initiatives based on business and user needs. 
  • Support UX writing: Collaborate with product manager and marketers to write effective interface copy. 

What will make us excited about you:

  • Proven design expertise: 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing a strong track record of creating impactful, user-focused product design. 
  • User-focused problem solver: You’re skilled in translating user insights into actionable designs and validating solutions through research and testing. 
  • Strong collaborator: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate design workshops and build strong relationships across teams. 
  • Ecosystem thinker: You’re skilled at seeing the big picture and designing solutions that work across complex, interconnected environments. 
  • Growth mindset: Passionate about learning, design trends, and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
