We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Go1. This role is pivotal in supporting our reseller channel, primarily focusing on driving the sales of Go1’s EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in curation consulting within the e-learning space, a strong understanding of the Learning & Development (L&D) landscape, and experience working in a sales environment. This individual will be adept at providing consultative guidance to Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and Chief Learning Officers (CLOs) to enhance their organisations' learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Guidance: Collaborate with partner sales teams, engage with CHROs and CLOs, offering insights and recommendations on learning strategies, curation consulting, and pedagogical approaches that align with their organisational goals.
  • L&D Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the L&D ecosystem to articulate the value proposition of Go1's products and how they fit into the broader learning strategy of an organisation.
  • Content curation & solution design: Work with resellers and their clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions using Go1's content library to meet those requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about trends in the L&D space, including emerging technologies, learning methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Reseller Support: Collaborate closely with resellers to provide the necessary tools, training, advice, and support to effectively sell Go1's EdTech solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Go1’s EdTech solutions to potential customers and resellers.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between resellers, clients, and internal Go1 teams providing feedback on market needs and helping to shape future product developments.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials, sales tools, and resources to empower resellers to effectively position and sell Go1's EdTech solutions; in collaboration with Enablement, Partner teams and the Product Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales enablement, or consultative role within the EdTech, SaaS, or L&D industry.
  • Curation Consulting Expertise: Experience in content curation (e-learning desirable), including activities such as selecting and organising relevant learning resources, aligning content with organisational goals, creating personalised learning pathways, and ensuring content relevance and quality.
  • L&D Knowledge: Strong understanding of the L&D landscape, including learning strategies, curation consulting, and pedagogical approaches.
  • Consultative Skills: Proven ability to engage with senior leaders, such as CHROs and CLOs, to provide strategic guidance and insights.
  • Technical Aptitude: While this role requires limited technical skills, a basic understanding of SaaS platforms and product configuration is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to a diverse audience.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, resellers, and clients.
  • Be Commercial: A strong commercial mindset and proven ability to identify opportunities uncover key requirements and provide exceptional solutions to prospective customers.
