At Go1, we believe learning changes lives. And as a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you’ll help our customers do just that — by making learning more accessible, relevant, and impactful. You’ll work closely with a portfolio of growing customers to unlock the full value of Go1. From onboarding to renewal, you’ll be their strategic partner — driving adoption, building relationships, and delivering outcomes that matter. This is a role for someone who’s curious, commercially minded, and ready to lean into complex challenges. We are open to candidates in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. This is a remote role.

Here's a taste of what you'll do:

Own & grow your portfolio:

  • Act as a strategic, trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across decision-makers and influencers.

Maximise value & adoption:

  • Execute successful onboarding and deployment of Go1’s learning solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Run data-driven check-ins and Business Reviews, to measure success and find opportunities.
  • Align Go1's learning solutions to each customer’s business objectives.

Drive retention & expansion:

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales to deliver them.
  • Monitor account health, address risks early, and implement mitigation plans to ensure renewals.

Collaborate & contribute:

  • Work with Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Share insights, mentor peers, and help improve processes to scale success.

What will make us excited about you:

  • You’ve worked in a customer-facing, outcome-driven role for 3+ years — ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or L&D.
  • You’ve got a track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth.
  • You think commercially and know how to spot opportunities others might miss.
  • You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder — someone who can earn trust with senior stakeholders.
  • You bring a data-led approach to customer success and decision-making.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, change-heavy environments — and you’re not afraid to get scrappy when needed.
  • You’re self-motivated, curious, and always looking for ways to do things better.
