Help shape the future of learning delivery by leading a high‑impact, remote-first engineering team. You'll guide technical direction, champion engineering excellence, and create the conditions for your team to do their best work. 

What you’ll do 

• Drive delivery from idea to impact: Lead a team of 5–9 developers through the full software development lifecycle, owning delivery of features that make a real difference for our customers and the business.
• Turn strategy into execution: Partner closely with Product Managers and cross‑functional peers to align on goals, set priorities, and deliver outcomes.
• Uphold engineering excellence: Shape technical approaches, instill best practices for quality, testing, security, operations, and documentation.
• Lead and grow people: Coach engineers to transform complex business problems into elegant technical solutions, while supporting their professional growth.
• Champion operational excellence: Foster a culture of resilience, reliability, and continuous improvement in systems and processes. 

What we’re looking for 

• At least 2 years experience managing remote engineering teams and scaling their impact.
• Strong collaboration experience with Product Management to deliver meaningful results.
• Deep knowledge of modern software development practices; from quality and security to operational robustness.
• Experience with cloud‑based architectures and contemporary engineering approaches.
• Ability to balance immediate business needs with sustainable, long‑term technical standards.
