Sales System Developer (Salesforce)
At Go1, we’re on a mission to enable companies to achieve the impossible by maximizing the potential of their people. From a small startup to the world’s largest aggregator of learning content, we’ve grown by solving hard problems, embracing ambiguity, and never standing still.
If you thrive on change, get energy from big, complex challenges, and are excited to grow fast alongside smart, ambitious people, then Go1 might be exactly what you’re looking for. We offer autonomy with accountability, space to experiment, and the opportunity to shape solutions that impact millions of learners worldwide. We don’t have all the answers — and that’s the point. We figure it out together. Every line of code, every conversation, every bold idea helps move us closer to our mission: to enable individuals, organizations, and society to progress. There’s still so much to build — and even more to discover. Go there with us...
Behind the scenes, our GTM systems power the momentum. Salesforce is at the core—and we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer who’s ready to do more than just build. Someone who can design, integrate, automate, and scale. Someone who gets the why behind the workflow and isn’t afraid to rewrite what’s not working. If you’re confident in Apex and Flow, curious about system design, and want to shape the future of how revenue teams work—this is for you!
Here's what you'll be doing:
Build smart, scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Automate GTM workflows that remove friction for Sales, CS, and Marketing
- Build integrations with tools like NetSuite, HubSpot, and Apollo via Workato or similar
Contribute to system architecture
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to design scalable, future-proof solutions
- Bring a developer’s lens to architecture conversations—balancing simplicity with power
Connect our GTM ecosystem
- Configure and extend Salesforce CPQ (pricing rules, bundles, templates)
- Maintain clean data flows and thoughtful API integrations across tools
Maintain system health
- Own the quality of your code—debug, refactor, and document
- Support data migrations, sandbox testing, and user permissions using Salesforce best practices
The Tech Stack:
- Apex: Triggers, Classes, Batch + Scheduled jobs
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flow Builder (and Process Builder for legacy logic)
- SOQL/SOSL, Custom Metadata, and Custom Settings
- Salesforce Sales Cloud: Lead → Opp → Quote → Order → Close
- Data migration via Data Loader or Import Wizard
- Profiles, Roles, and Field-Level Security
- REST-based APIs & tools like Workato, N8N, MuleSoft
- Bonus if you’ve worked with GTM tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, Common Room, or 6sense and understand how they sync with Salesforce for lead tracking and enrichment.
You will have:
- 2–3+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Developer in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required)
- Platform Developer II and/or CPQ Specialist (nice to have)
