Business Systems Analyst

Australia

At Go1, we’re on a mission to enable companies to achieve the impossible by maximizing the potential of their people. From a small startup to the world’s largest aggregator of learning content, we’ve grown by solving hard problems, embracing ambiguity, and never standing still.

If you thrive on change, get energy from big, complex challenges, and are excited to grow fast alongside smart, ambitious people, then Go1 might be exactly what you’re looking for. We offer autonomy with accountability, space to experiment, and the opportunity to shape solutions that impact millions of learners worldwide. We don’t have all the answers — and that’s the point. We figure it out together. Every line of code, every conversation, every bold idea helps move us closer to our mission: to enable individuals, organizations, and society to progress. There’s still so much to build — and even more to discover. Go there with us...

As our GTM Systems Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be the connective tissue between our tools, processes, and the people who use them. You’ll turn complexity into clarity, uncover gaps in the system, and make sure our tech stack—Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Gainsight, CommonRoom—is working with our teams, not against them. This is a role for the curious. The problem-solvers. The people who thrive in ambiguity and aren’t afraid to ask why.

Here’s a taste of what you'll be doing:

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Analyse and improve the end-to-end lead-to-cash journey across Salesforce, CPQ, and our marketing stack
  • Use low-code tools (Workato, n8n, Salesforce Flow) to build smarter workflows, automate the painful stuff, and boost forecasting accuracy
  • Close system gaps and untangle inefficiencies in how our GTM teams operate

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & RevOps to translate business goals into real technical solutions
  • Act as a systems translator—turning fuzzy requests into clean documentation and scalable solutions

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Drive GTM systems initiatives from idea to implementation
  • Lead cross-functional delivery—ensuring alignment, transparency, and measurable impact
  • Own systems architecture decisions and documentation

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure clean, accurate data across the GTM landscape
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps to maintain accuracy in key business metrics (ARR, pipeline, attribution)
  • Work with Data Engineering on schemas and reverse ETL pipelines between Salesforce and our data warehouse

System Administration & Governance

  • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce and other GTM platforms
  • Champion data integrity, user access controls, and scalable documentation

What will make us excited about you:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Admin, ideally in SaaS, GTM or RevOps environments
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Apollo, HubSpot, and/or CommonRoom
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, deal desk, and SaaS lead-to-cash workflows
  • You know how to navigate noise. You're a structured thinker who can bring order and momentum to ambiguous problems
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and prioritization skills—you’re comfortable aligning stakeholders across functions
  • Bonus points if: You have experience with revenue intelligence platforms (Gong, Clari) and AI-enabled integration platforms (Workato, n8n, Salesforce Flow).

Join our team at Go1 and be at the forefront of transforming education through innovative learning solutions. Together, we can change the world. One learner at time.
