About the Role
As we grow, we need someone to support the growth of our performance marketing channels. This is where you come in. You will join a team of 6 performance marketing experts to help us scale our UA efforts specifically on Paid Social and Native channels by managing campaigns, eventually taking ownership of specific geos and playing a key role in the creative strategy and growth. What You’ll Do
- Manage our UA campaigns with a focus on Meta, but eventually support other channels such as Taboola, Outbrain and Twitter (and much more) and ensure sustainable growth through those channels
- Come up with new hypotheses and strategies for campaigns, propose tests, implement and evaluate their performance and adjust or scale according to your findings
- Leverage analytics and reporting to drive channel optimization
- Share reports, learnings, and best practices with the marketing team and different stakeholders, stay at the edge of developments in your channels, and proactively suggest strategy adjustments to reflect new industry trends and insights
- Drive the development of concepts and creatives, work with design, copywriting or agencies on digital asset creation to use in your channels.
What You Need to Have
- Background: A degree or relevant experience in business, marketing, IT, or other related fields.
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a strong preference for paid social channels.
- Analytical Skills: You possess excellent analytical abilities, have a data-driven mindset, and can work independently with a focus on achieving goals.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are a must; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Capable of delivering clear, impactful presentations and communicating complex concepts effectively.
- Strategic and Creative Thinking: You can think strategically and translate ideas into creative UA campaigns
- Passion and Growth Mindset: A strong enthusiasm for performance marketing and a desire to grow into an industry expert.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and at least B1 level in German.
- Culture Fit: A good sense of humor and a positive attitude – it’s going to be an exciting journey!
