As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Go1, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful learning solutions to tier 1 partners. You’ll be at the heart of enabling organisations to launch and scale their learning programs efficiently. Here’s a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:
- Implementation Leadership: Manage solution delivery from inception to launch, leading all project phases—kick-off, planning, execution, testing, and sign-off.
- Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of projects, report progress, and ensure timely delivery across internal and external teams.
- Technical Support: Guide partners through integration configuration, troubleshoot technical issues, and design complex API-based integrations.
- Training & Documentation: Train partners on Go1 products, develop project documentation, and create materials like process guides and how-to videos.
- Seamless Transitions: Coordinate smooth handovers from implementation to support, documenting key configuration details and unique requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales, customer success, and partner teams to address implementation needs and ensure customer success.
You will have:

Experience:
- 5+ years in a support, client services, implementation, or customer-facing role.
- Considerable experience operating within an ecosystem of products and partner platforms where shared solutions are developed
- 5+ years in a technical role, such as solution design, technical pre-sales, or similar.
- Proven project management experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
- Background in working cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including third-party vendors.

Skills:
- Advanced technical proficiency with tools like SSO, basic HTML, and API integration design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to break down complex customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong technical writing and pre-sales solution design capabilities.
- Experience leading discovery workshops and scoping discussions with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create training materials and documentation.
