The Role:
Join the Coorpacademy by Go1 Content team as an Instructional Designer, where you'll create engaging online courses for our training catalogue. Collaborate with partners such as publishing houses and consulting firms, and work closely with a project manager to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. This role is based in the heart of Paris, offering a breathtaking view of the Grand Rex.
Here's a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Design Online Training Courses:
- Select topics based on partner-provided sources.
- Develop course outlines from these sources.
- Write and proofread scripts, storyboards, and quizzes in both French and English.
- Review and provide feedback on videos created by our motion designer.
- Integrate content into our authoring tool and maintain the Airtable database.
Maintain Partner Relations:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth content production.
- Monitor and analyse course performance indicators.
- Prepare and present documents at partnership follow-up meetings, discussing editorial strategies and metrics.
Daily Monitoring:
- Stay updated on pedagogical and digital learning trends.
- Propose new subjects, course formats, and tools.
Now, let’s talk about you. To thrive in this role you’ll bring:

- A degree in educational sciences, instructional design, journalism, communications, or publishing.
- Excellent command of French and English, including spelling, grammar, and typography.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Passionate, dynamic, and curious about web and education technologies.
- Exceptional writing and summarising skills.
- Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy.
- Autonomous with strong personal organisation.
- Effective project management abilities.
- Agile and adaptable.
- Interest in education and digital technology.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure seamless collaboration with partners and project managers.
At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between €35,000 and €37,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
