About the Role
Go1 is looking for a Director, Enablement to lead the team, the strategy and execution of our direct and partner enablement programs, driving the success of our sales, customer success, and GTM teams. In this role, you will lead our enablement team to develop, optimize, and deliver training programs that enhance sales conversion, quota attainment, and renewals while ensuring alignment across product marketing, sales leadership, and customer success.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and Execute Enablement Programs: Lead our enablement team to design and implement programs that enhance onboarding, ramp-up speed, and ongoing training for sales and customer-facing teams.
- Align Enablement Priorities with GTM Strategy: Collaborate with sales and partnership leadership to identify knowledge gaps and define enablement priorities based on business goals.
- Drive Sales & Customer Success Productivity: Build a structured framework to ensure teams have the right tools, training, and insights to improve performance.
- Own Enablement Content & Tools: Partner with product marketing to create, maintain, and scale educational content that supports effective selling and customer engagement.
- Facilitate Continuous Learning: Deliver ongoing coaching, workshops, and certifications to drive retention and practical application of training.
- Measure and Iterate for Impact: Use performance data to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and refine programs for maximum impact.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a related field within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs and leading teams that drive measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, content strategies, and learning management systems.
- Experience with enablement tools (e.g., LMS, content management systems, sales intelligence platforms).
- Ability to build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align enablement efforts.
- Located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone to effectively support a global team.
