About the role:
You’ll join our software organisation and own the delivery of large complex initiatives that help people access learning around the world. You will plan and manage delivery of these initiatives. You will inform, align and influence stakeholders and partners to ensure a shared vision of the initiative. You will work with external systems integrators to ensure efforts both internally and externally are aligned. You will actively engage in potential issues and blockers, allowing development teams to deliver continuously.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

• Own strategic cross-cutting initiatives to deliver software solutions for new Go1 products
• Create and manage plans to deliver these initiatives
• Connect stakeholders, business and tech teams through a shared understanding of the initiative, its roadmap and how it helps customers 
• Work with a network of SI partners to build technology that can be reused, repurposed and optimised for use within the Go1 core 
• Influence, negotiate and create win/wins where possible, while identifying potential problems early 
• Collaborate effectively with people from different teams, disciplines and backgrounds

This is a permanent position which can be predominantly remote but based out of Vietnam.

Requirements

Must haves:

• A growth mindset: you need to be passionate about learning  
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience (or equivalent such as Software Delivery Management, multi-team Iteration Manager, etc)
• Practical experience dealing with multi-disciplinary teams 
• Practical experience disambiguating and clarifying delivery plans 
• Practical experience with one or more SDLC processes 
• Proficient written and verbal communication 

 Nice to haves: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related technical discipline or equivalent experience 
• Practical experience understanding software architecture and technical trade-offs between approaches 
• Practical experience dealing with C-level stakeholders
