工作职责：

• 记录问题并与卖家和买家沟通，以根据市场指南达成最佳解决方案。
• 确保履行流程中的订单得到解决并返回流程以进行当天发货。
• 了解球鞋的状况，特别是那些被 GOAT 标准视为“问题”的状况。 能够从库存中挑选鞋子并处理给买家和卖家的特定退货和订单。
• 能够快速准确地拍摄运动鞋的照片。
• 了解 GOAT 订单状态以帮助分类升级订单
• 能够在快节奏的团队环境中工作。

职位要求：

• 2-3年的库存控制，客户服务或订单管理经验。
• 2年以上仓库工作经验优先。
• 高度组织，表现出对细节的关注。
• 直接与客户和供应商打交道的背景。
• 愿意并能够操作手推车、手推车和其他移动设备来移动大量商品。
• 一个快速学习者，一个自我驱动者，能够独立工作，并且你愿意（并且能够）处理越来越多的责任压力。
• 必须能够长时间站立（最多 12 小时）。
