At GOAT Group, our Authentication Operations team is essential in educating, training and supporting the Authenticators in physical and digital operations. With the partnership of the operations and retail leaders they focus on ensuring we are creating the best-in-class authenticators by providing them the tools and training they need to verify every product is accurate and authentic.

Role Overview

The Authentication Training Admin is an in-flow authentication role empowered to support Authentication coordination and improve process success within their facility. This role formalizes critical on-site Authentication Operations responsibilities, freeing up Ops leadership capacity and facilitating connection with Authentication Operations. This role is also designed to act as an incubator for future Ops/Authentication leaders in the network.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with regional Auth Trainers to confirm verdicts for FORs, Escalations, or other high-touch authentication situations
    • Provide photos to Training and assist in reaching a consensus verdict within an 8-working-hour SLA.
  • Support daily fulfillment, in-flow Authentication, and operational processes as needed
    • Sets an example for other authenticators by maintaining consistently excellent adherence to the product verification process and accurately inputting SKU, Size, and Condition data into Admin
      • Accountable to Accuracy Targets and Role-Specific throughput targets (70-80% of base)
  • Facilitate secondary auth and remote auth confirmations for their facility
  • Act as point of contact between Authentication Operations and Ops Leadership within their facility
    • Facilitate communication between Training, Ops Leadership, and Authenticators.
      • Accountability and routine updates to Ops Leadership about training coordination.
    • Maintain close working relationships with Regional Auth Trainers and other Auth Ops members. (sync weekly, collaborate on remote auth verdicts daily)
  • Independently identify, report, and resolve systemic risks within the authentication process as they arise
  • Enable Regional Auth Trainers with real-time information and photos regarding:
    • Changes in checkpoints
    • SKUs with emerging risk 
    • Early-release products
    • Country of origin variations
  • Support Authentication Operations in root cause analysis and corrective action to solve authentication challenges within a 24-hour SLA
    • Assist in performing authentication audits
    • Collect and provide photos of products
  • Participate in building assessments, coordinating training plans and supporting sessions at their facility
    • Actively relay new auth information from Training org to facility authenticators
    • Assist Regional Trainers with implementing real-time training/refreshers as needed for SKUs with emerging risk
      • Easy 1-2 point silhouettes 
      • Silhouettes needing immediate coverage
      • Make/administer assessments
    • Assist in training case studies
  • Collaborate with Content & Launch and Regional Training Teams to implement workflow interventions to improve authenticator performance.
  • Contribute to Auth Content in collaboration with the Content team via product imaging, research and auth notes.

  • Knowledge of the current authentication and operations landscape and the ability to adapt to changes

  • Strong written and oral communication
