The role
The Talent team at GoCardless are passionate about bringing exceptional talent on board through unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a passionate Talent Experience Coordinator to join our new hub in Lisbon. You'll be at the heart of this mission—playing a vital role in ensuring our candidates and hiring managers enjoy a seamless, positive journey from start to finish.
What excites you
- Lead the coordination of different recruitment activities: from crafting and posting job ads to scheduling interviews and managing complex calendars across multiple time zones worldwide
- Organise and run recruitment events designed to attract top talent to our growing team
- Continuously seek out ways to improve our recruitment processes to enhance the experience of candidates and hiring managers —leveraging automation, streamlining workflows, and adopting new tech solutions to remove pain points
- Analyse candidate queries to identify trends and develop engaging candidate packs, including FAQs, ‘how-to’ guides, and introductory videos
- Create clear process guides, templates, and policies that enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Provide day-to-day support for talent operations, troubleshooting issues and serving as the escalation point for system and process-related challenges
What excites us
- Previous experience in scheduling, calendar management, and/or administrative recruitment activities will be considered an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and engage others internally and externally
- Strong planning and coordination abilities, with a solid foundation in project management
- Autonomy and effective prioritisation—handling multiple tasks and balancing Operational BAU with project work
- Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent experiences
Base salary range: € 16,000- € 24,000 (gross), (including 13th and 14th salary).
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (€ 16,000 - € 20,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
