The role
This is a critical, high-impact, and highly autonomous role within Global Partnerships, a function at the forefront of GoCardless's global Go-To-Market (GTM) growth. We are looking for a proven operator who can translate strategic insight into measurable action and tangible results.
The Partner Strategy & Operations Manager is a dynamic role encompassing strategic projects, operational excellence, and performance management across the entire Global Partnerships function. You will focus on identifying new growth areas, managing partners crucial to those initiatives, and delivering robust performance analysis and reporting. A core responsibility is designing, delivering, and executing processes that optimise the function's efficiency and efficacy, serving as a vital link between our product, people, and GTM strategy.
What excites you
- Commercial Leadership: Drive key partnerships across our product ecosystem, including Capital (e.g., Pipe), Bank Accounts (e.g., Tide), and ancillary offerings (e.g., Mollie).
- Performance Insight: Collaborate with the Partnerships Finance Partner to convert data and insights into clear, actionable steps that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Build and refine essential operational frameworks to maximise team efficiency and partnership impact.
- Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reporting on partnership performance to stakeholders across the business.
- Strategic Alignment: Act as the critical link translating global partnership strategy into effective regional execution, ensuring alignment and momentum.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Work collaboratively across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to shape and execute the future direction of GoCardless partnerships.

Base salary range: £44,800 - £67,200
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
