Join us at the Google Operations Center for the opportunity to help Google users tackle their problems and accomplish their goals, all while working in a dynamic and diverse environment.

As the Learning Systems Senior Associate - Training Coordinator  - gKit you will be responsible for creating/building learning paths and e-learnings. The Learning Systems Senior Associate also troubleshoots via cases on Intellum problems. Working on special projects is also a part of the Training Coordinator profile. Your key stakeholders would be internal Google teams.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintaining content structure and identifying when content needs to be reviewed/updated
  • Troubleshoot and answer technical ticket issues for courses from support
  • Provide daily project updates on ongoing setup and maintenance of content
  • Communicate directly with customers to assess and document their LMS-related requests
  • Upload, manage, and organize training content created in-house to the LMS
  • Complete special projects to be added as required by the gTech Learning team
  • Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis across end to end projects 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong judgment with a positive attitude
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Process driven, with the ability to recommend and implement changes for process improvement 
  • Course Building, Learning Path creation in Learning management system (LMS) experience  
  • Troubleshooting experience in LMS   

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intellum experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Gmail, Excel
  • HTML Coding & HTML5 Knowledge
  • Experience with training industry standards (SCORM / AICC)
