Join us at the Google Operations Center for the opportunity to help Google users tackle their problems and accomplish their goals, all while working in a dynamic and diverse environment.

As the gCARE - Digital Media Senior Associate - Dog Day, you will be responsible for delivering support for Google Adwords process of linking your manager account (MCC) to a payments profile. Linking the manager account to a payments profile allows users to perform certain billing and payment actions. It also prevents any unauthorized billing changes in their account and allows us to better secure user data, catch bad actors, and reduce hijacking attempts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Google Ads Customer in managing Google Ads Account such as Linking Payments Profiles with Google Ads Manager Accounts, Unlink Payments Profile from a Google Ads Manager Account, Link management permission provides greater visibility and enables Google Ads manager account users to self-manage payments profile, and  Google Managed to User Managed will enable Admin and Standard users of the MCC can set up billing, including consolidated billing, for the child accounts in that MCC and any sub-MCC in the same hierarchy using linked payments profiles.
  • Help customers in managing Google Accounts including Linking Payments Profiles with Google Ads Manager Accounts.
  • Follow standard operating procedures with regard to MCC and Payments Profile linking while maintaining efficiency throughout the entire process
  • Manage expectations of the customers and liaise with other teams as required to resolve Linking Payments Profiles with Google Ads Manager Accounts
  • Work towards improving the process by identifying opportunities in the process.
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to improve the products and services that Google offers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to make decisions based on the best interests of the customers
  • Highly responsible and productive under time pressure and able to prioritize high volumes of work
  • Analytical mindset and keen to details
  • Highly responsive and productive under time pressure; able to consistently deal with high volumes and prioritize the work accordingly
  • 2 to 4 years of solid customer support/troubleshooting experience using online advertising/analytics products or hardware troubleshooting products. Email, Chat and Phones.
  • 1- 2 years experience in supporting advertising products like Adwords (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile), Google Analytics with an in-depth understanding of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile, Video etc). 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical troubleshooting experience using an online advertising/analytics or hardware/software product
  • Active Google Certification in either one of the following: Display, Analytics, Search, Measurement or Shopping. Get your certification via this link
