Job Title: Talent Acquisition Senior Associate

Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Bangalore

Join us at the Google Operations Center for the opportunity to help Google users tackle their problems and accomplish their goals, all while working in a dynamic and diverse environment.

The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate is responsible for executing the full recruitment process for applicants, including running the sourcing of candidates, performing the initial screening and assessments, facilitating interviews and communicating final selections.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end hiring process for specific business units, prioritizing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies while skillfully navigating offer negotiations
  • Provide hiring recommendations by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with hiring managers, team members, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Stay abreast of the latest recruiting trends and industry best practices, adapting strategies accordingly

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2-6 years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor or above degree from a reputable university
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficient stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the hiring process
  • Strong project management and negotiation abilities to meet hiring goals efficiently
  • Prior experience in volume hiring within customer services & customer support ecosystem (digital, non-digital, tech, non-tech, etc.) is highly valued
