GoFundMe is home to a global community of more than 150 million people who come together every day with a shared purpose: helping one another. Since 2010, we've empowered people and organizations to raise over $30 billion for the causes they care about. In 2025, we launched GoFundMe Pro (pro.gofundme.com), a new platform designed to give nonprofits advanced fundraising tools and support. Together with our core platform, our vision is to become the most helpful place in the world.
Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for a Manager on the Strategy & Operations (S&O) team. S&O plays a critical role across the business to deliver the insights, clarity, alignment, and operational rigor that enable teams to scale with impact.
As a Manager on the S&O team, you will lead a team of Program Managers supporting five critical pillars: Payments Risk, Content Risk, CDD, EDD, and Tooling. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, own the execution and health of high-impact programs, and build the organizational capabilities needed to keep our platform safe, compliant, and operationally excellent. This role is designed for a people-first leader who can translate ambiguous, high-stakes problems into structured programs, develop and retain top talent, and drive meaningful outcomes across a complex, cross-functional environment.
