
Marketing Operations Manager

The Role
As a Marketing Operations Manager on our Marketing team, your role will be to maximize efficiency and manage the processes of our Marketing and Sales Funnel utilizing HubSpot and Salesforce. To be effective in this role, you must have strong Salesforce experience and knowledge of the B2B and B2B2C marketing demand funnel, programs, and metrics that drive revenue. Additionally, experience reporting on metrics and driving optimizations in partnership with the Director of Marketing Operations will be essential.
What You'll Do
- Conduct ongoing audits of the Salesforce and HubSpot integration to ensure efficiency and consistency throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
- Manage and enhance automation systems that sync and process data between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in both HubSpot and Salesforce to enable data-driven marketing decisions.
- Analyze performance across various marketing channels (digital, social, email, paid search, etc.) to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor customer behavior, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Process prospect lists for events and revenue-generating marketing campaigns.
- Create custom properties and manage ongoing integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Document and optimize internal processes related to the marketing and sales funnel.
- Generate and manage UTMs with a strong understanding of marketing attribution goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales to drive process optimization.
- Continuously improve your skills in Salesforce and HubSpot, working toward expert-level proficiency.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/SFDC certifications are a plus).
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, SQL, or Databricks.
- Experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Results-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and RevOps teams.
- Comfortable in a remote environment and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Airtable).
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

The typical base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus variable pay per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
