What It’s Like to Work at GoGuardian

We are an outcomes-focused learning company with a steadfast focus on improving learning environments, one classroom at a time. Working with us means joining a remote team of diverse, committed, mission-driven employees who are inspired by our vision, dedicated to our customers, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Guardians put their heads together to solve problems, learn together from experiments that fail, and stand together by their work with full accountability. We balance our diligence with an inclusive culture that invites everyone to bring their whole self to work. Join us and learn why “I love the people here” is one of the most frequent comments we hear from Guardians.

The Role

We’re looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement & GTM Alignment. This role covers a lot of ground. You’ll own a handful of programs yourself and support several others depending on the priorities and seasonal needs of the business. The biggest piece of ownership is onboarding and ramp: you’ll run how new sellers and new sales leaders get up to speed, including the curriculum, the milestones, the certification, and the call on when a seller is ready to be in the field.

The rest of the job is a mix. You’ll build the onboarding path for sales leaders, both the ones we hire and the ones we promote, support our Senior Enablement Partner with product enablement, run enablement intake so requests from across GTM get sorted and prioritized, and own the systems and content setup that keep our enablement easy to find, current, and measurable. What you spend the most time on will change as the business does. You’ll be cross-trained on the important programs and systems that way nothing stops when one person is out or our needs change throughout the year. We’re looking for someone with enablement experience who knows the K-12 buyer and already uses AI to get more done.

What You’ll Do

  • Run sales onboarding from start to finish - curriculum, milestones, certification, and manager check-ins - and be measured on how quickly reps get to their first deal and full productivity
  • Run onboarding cohorts and 30/60/90 check-ins, lead live sessions, and partner with our Senior Sales Coach to support new hires through their first discovery calls, demos, and pitches
  • Build and run onboarding for new sales leaders, including people promoted from within
  • Support our Senior Enablement Partner with product enablement, including launch prep, competitive positioning, demo certification, and follow-up after launch
  • Run enablement intake as one place for requests from sales, marketing, product, and customer success, with clear priorities and response times
  • Own enablement systems and how content is organized including who owns what, tagging, usage reports, and keeping content current
  • Use AI to save time (e.g. keeping certification rubrics updated, automating reports)
  • Report monthly on how enablement is doing - ramp time, certification pass rates, content usage
  • Be the cross-trained backup on core programs and systems so work keeps moving when someone is out or priorities shift

Who You Are

  •  1-3 years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales training - or an adjacent background in sales or customer success
  • Experience in the K-12 or EdTech market, with a working understanding of the district buyer
  • A good facilitator who can hold attention on a video call, and a clear writer who can turn a product briefing into something a rep can use on a live call
  • You already use AI to draft, summarize, and automate, and you know where it saves time vs. where someone still needs to check the work
  • Organized enough to run intake for a function with more requests than capacity, and comfortable saying “not this quarter” with a reason attached
  • Systems-minded - you care about clean taxonomy, working links, accurate dashboards, and content that doesn’t get stale
  • Collaborative and low-ego, willing to be the backup rather than the owner when the situation calls for it
  • Experience with enablement platforms (Highspot a plus), Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools such as Clari or Gong is a plus
  • Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Fueled by the opportunity to truly impact the education landscape
  • Something else? Tell us! We want to learn more about you…

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay, complete health insurance, 401(k) matching, and an employee equity plan.
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, wellness days, and a paid year-end holiday break.
  • A robust catalog of benefits that support your professional growth and personal well being, including work from home funds, fertility &adoption reimbursement, and more…

Plus the intangible:

  • A varied and challenging role in a global and highly innovative high-growth company.
  • Supportive, driven colleagues who have your back and share your passion.

The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience. Additional benefits information is listed on our careers page.
